The Tigers !!

MALAYSIA vs. SINGAPORE

Football game between Malaysia vs. Singapore was held on 28th July 2011 to qualify for the 3rd stage World Cup Asian Zone. The game was held at Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil.

At first, we decided to went there to give them a big support and watch the match live. Unfortunately, the ticket was sold out and we have no transport. In fact, we have a program that we have to attend this weekend.    Although we feel a bit disappointed, but it still did not break our spirit to give them support.

So, we decided to go to the "Mran" food stall to watch the game. There was a big screen provided for customer to watch the match and mostly UiTM Jengka students.

We went there at 8.00 p.m. and the place are already full with UiTM students and  also outsider. Before the game started, we had our dinner first and everybody was excited to waited for the game. Sharp 8.45pm the match was begun.

First half of the game, Malaysia players played with full of spirit including the supporters especially the crowd at the Stadium Bukit Jalil. At the first half, both team nil even though they were try their best to scored.

At second half match, after trying their best, Malaysia got shot from the edge in the 58th minute by Safee Sali.  We are so happy that time and the environment at food stall full with excitement. We was happy with the second half performance when Malaysia got the first goal and we hope to get the second goal and more but injuries to Singapore players delayed the performance, and flow of the game.

We are very proud with goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi that played very well and pulling off Singapore from giving score through their expert player Qiu Li and Duric.

Even though Malaysia disqualified from World Cup 2014, but Malaysia had given their very best performance d and all supporters including Vice Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhiyudin and all VVIP that watched the match are giving a big applause for Malaysia team. We love you HARIMAU MALAYA !

The shows started with 'bacaan doa' followed by the speech from the campus director, Prof Dato' Dr Haji Hilmi. The funny part was when he tried to speak in chinese, everyone laugh. After he finished the competition begin :)

There were four judges used to judge the show. All of them were the lectures from UiTM Jengka. The contestant were all of the UiTM Jengka students that took mandarin subject in their courses.  the dance performances

There were many kinds of perfomances such as choral speaking, dancing, singing and short drama. What made us excited was the emcess can speak very fluent chinese language. In addition, all of the contestant did a very good job in their performance. There were also some contestant that humiliate themselves and the judges stopped them.

gunung senyum! here we go!

Gunung Senyum was located 15 km from UiTM Jengka, Pahang. During the weekend, when we have nothing to do, we went to Gunung Senyum to release our tense. We went there on 22nd January 2011 by UiTM Koperasi's van. We called the van driver, abah and he charged us RM 70 to bring us there.

This picture above is the entrance of the Gunung Senyum.

We wait for abah early in the morning around 7.00 a.m.. We bought sandwiches and some drinks at the koperasi. We have to wait for abah about 15 minutes. After abah had pick us, we went to Sakan to picked one of our friend there. We continue our journey to Gunung Senyum around 8.00 a.m.. We get lost and we have to find our own ways to Gunung Senyum. We asked the some of the villagers to get there. We have to pass by the palm oil and that was the scariest moment. Finally we safely arrived at Gunung Senyum around 10 a.m. We have to registered our names at the post guard for safety precaution.

The first thing that we tried was the bridge. Even the bridge looked worn-out, but it still can accommodate the 10 of us. At first we thought there was only the bridge that we can try on and abah told us that we can go up hill.

The first picture above, was taken when we were trying to climb up hill. Actually there were many caves there but we managed to climb only 'Gua Terang Bulan'. The second picture was taken when we were up hill. We took this picture as our memory with abah.

We were very exhausted and decided to go home. The first picture above was taken when we get down from the cave. We had so much fun spending our time together. We went back at 2 p.m. and straightly went to 'Serai' for lunch.

our activities

For week six we were given a task to share any of UiTM's clubs or our group activities. So we have decided to share our unforgetable trip to Bank Negara Malaysia [BNM] that was located at Kuala Lumpur. This was one of our assingment for Banking Operation subject. We went there on 16th March 2011. There were about 100 students including 2 lecturers and few of UiTM's staff. We went there by UiTM buses and vans since the lecturers had forbiden us to drive our own car for safety precaution.

These pictures were taken after we had our breakfast at R&R Temerloh. Most of them bought "nasi lemak" and "kuih muih" since that are the basic menu for breakfast. We were given half-an hour to full our tank to continue our journey.

We reached there during lunch hour. Since the talked start at 2.00 p.m., the lecturers had give the permission for us to have our lunch anywhere near to BNM. Most of the students including lecturers take the opportunity to shop at SOGO since there were sales during that time. Actually this picture was taken while waiting for all the students and also lecturers to gather before we enter into BNM.

After the talked, we took the chance to captured the pictures with the speaker, Mr. Qusyairi. The speaker had give us many information that we can relate it with our banking operation subject. Besides us, there were two more groups that join the talked which were UiTM Melaka Kampus Bandaraya and one of Secondary Chinese School from Johor. UiTM Pahang, had give the speaker some gift and we were also given some books from BNM and the lecturers decided to put it in the library for the students references.

This is the picture of four of us. We were satisfied with the talked and every one of us enjoyed the trip. The speaker, gave such an attractive talked to us. At the end the lecturers had give an assingment about what we had gain during the talked.
